Stainless Steel Welding Services in Calgary
At our welding company, we provide expert stainless steel welding services near you for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Our team of certified stainless steel welders delivers precise, durable, and corrosion-resistant welds that stand the test of time. Whether you need custom fabrication, on-site welding, or stainless steel repair, we offer professional results built on quality, safety, and experience.
Clean, strong and corrosion-resistant
Stainless steel requires precision, expertise, and the right equipment. Our welders specialize in TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding methods, ensuring clean, strong, and visually appealing welds every time. We handle a wide range of stainless steel grades and thicknesses, from thin sheet metal to heavy industrial components.
Stainless steel only stays “stainless” if the weld is done cleanly. Particles from carbon steel brushes or grinding discs can leave rust spots, and too much heat leaves dark heat tint and can warp thin sheet. That is why stainless gets its own tools and careful heat control in our shop, so the finished weld keeps the corrosion resistance you paid for.

We confirm the stainless grade, thickness and where the part will be used, from food contact to outdoor railings and process piping.
Stainless-only brushes, discs and clamps keep carbon steel particles off the surface, so the finished part does not rust spot.
TIG or MIG settings and shielding gas are matched to the job to limit heat tint and distortion, with purging on piping where the job calls for it.
Heat tint is cleaned off, the surface is finished to suit the job and every weld is checked before it leaves.
The right method for the job

TIG gives precise control of heat and filler, so it is our first choice for thin stainless sheet, tube, handrails and any weld that will stay visible. The small, focused arc keeps the heat-affected zone narrow, which helps with distortion and discolouration.

On thicker stainless sections and longer seams, MIG puts down weld metal faster while still giving a sound, consistent joint. It suits frames, supports and structural stainless where production speed matters.
Our GMAW (MIG) guide explains how the process works.

Food and beverage equipment needs welds that are smooth and free of pits and crevices, so the surface can be cleaned properly. We weld and repair worktables, sinks, hoods, racks and processing equipment with that in mind.

Fabrication Pros
We take pride in being one of the leading stainless steel welding companies in Calgary, serving industries such as construction, food processing, manufacturing, oil & gas, and more.
Stainless steel shows up wherever corrosion, hygiene or appearance matter.
Our welders work in TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW). TIG suits thin sheet, tube and visible welds, while MIG is quicker on heavier sections and long seams. We handle a wide range of stainless grades and thicknesses.
Yes. Food-grade and sanitary welding for kitchens and processing plants is part of our stainless work, including worktables, sinks, hoods and racks. Details are on the commercial kitchen stainless page.
Stainless keeps its corrosion resistance when it is welded cleanly. We use stainless-only tools, control heat input and clean off heat tint after welding, so the area around the weld stays protected.
Yes. On-site and mobile stainless steel welding is available in Calgary and the surrounding area for parts that cannot be moved. See mobile welding repair.
